Design constraints

No governance. No voting. No "accepted" answers. No "official" tags.
No reputation games (likes, karma, badges, ranks).
No real-time chat as the primary venue (avoid Discord/Telegram as "the" community).
Moderate only for spam/illegal content. Do not curate meaning.
Prefer simple chronological threads over popularity sorting.

General Discussion — informal interpretation and critique
Speculative Applications — external uses; no endorsement implied
Critique & Failure Modes — adversarial thinking and edge cases

Why

Compute Substrate separates computation from authority. A forum must separate discussion from decisions. The forum is adjacent to the protocol, never inside it.
